Lollipop Guy and Vile Kyle are kind of like opposite ends of the spectrum of morality. Lollipop Guy intends to represent as much whimsy and joy as humanly possible. He is unbothered, and so clearly enjoying his lollipop so. Vile Kyle is sinister, and his red backdrop signals malicious intent. It is unknown what vile Kyle contains, but probably a deadly poison.
